Welcome to the 2024 National Response Team (NRT) Worker Safety & Health (WSH) Technical Conference website!
The WSH Technical Conference is March 13 (9:30 am - 4:30 pm ET) and 14 (9 am - 4:30 pm ET), 2024. The event will be held at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Headquarters, Rachel Carson Conference Center, 5275 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041-3803, and will include in-person and virtual participation.

Registration
Registration is closed. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional participants.
Participation
In-person attendees should bring their PIV card (preferred for all Federal Government employees), drivers license, or other federal or state issued ID normally used to enter a Federal building. Registration opens at 8:00 am (ET) both days.
Visitor / daily parking in the surface lot in front of Sky 4-6, at 5111-5109 Leesburg Pike is available but spaces are limited. Refer to the visitor parking instructions for more information. The cost is $5 for the first hour and $10 for the first two hours. After two hours, the cost is the daily maximum of $20. The payment kiosk only accepts credit cards and there is no option to pay with cash. Please do not attempt to park in retail or other spaces as your vehicle may be ticketed or towed.
A shuttle bus (look for the Chariots for Hire Bus) runs between the FWS Headquarters and the Ballston Metro Station (in Arlington, VA; Orange Line). Refer to the shuttle bus schedule for additional information.
Virtual participants will receive webinar information via email in the days leading up to the conference.
Continuing Education Credits
It is the attendee's responsibility to submit documentation for Continuing Education credits to their accreditation organization.
Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms is not available for the conference. Attendees are responsible for making a reservation that meets their travel requirements. A list of nearby hotels is provided as a convenience.
