Eastern Great Lakes Area Contingency Plan / EGLACP
The Eastern Great Lakes Area Contingency Plan describes the strategy for a coordinated federal, state, tribal and local response to a discharge or substantial threat of discharge of oil, or a release or substantial threat of release of hazardous substance(s) within the jurisdiction of U.S. Coast Guard Sector Eastern Great Lakes Coastal Zone. The area of responsibility for Sector Eastern Great Lakes includes the northern coastal borders of the States of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York.
