The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) developed two oil spill planning exercise training videos. The videos were developed in partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), and Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSSE).
