This consolidated list has been prepared to help firms handling chemicals determine whether they need to submit reports under sections 302, 304, or 313 of EPCRA; whether they are subject to accident prevention regulations; and what reports may need to be submitted.

Matrix of Response Functions (2000)

Produced by the Response Subcommittee for NRT Activation, this matrix identifies the capabilities (i.e. assessment, mitigation, response and recovery) of NRT member agencies to respond to chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological releases.
